Charitable Conservation Easement Program Integrity Act

Congress introduced simple legislation to end the abuse of those putting the federal conservation easement tax incentive at risk - the Charitable Conservation Easement Program Integrity Act. Unfortunately, this did not pass Congress, but efforts to enact this important legislation will continue in 2021.
