Enjoy docent-led hikes and more at our Holiday Open House at the Indiangrass Preserve on Tuesday, December 27th from 10 AM to 1 PM. December is a great time to look for birds, and birding experts will be on hand to help visitors master the art of sighting and identification. Everyone can dipnet for mosquito fish and other aquatic creatures at our pond. Finally, we’ll make holiday-themed and bird-friendly crafts for you to take home to help feathery friends have a great start to the new year.
