A lifelong lover of nature, Izzy has been exploring the outdoors since childhood. She began volunteering with the Coastal Prairie Conservancy in 2019 and became a Texas Master Naturalist that same year. In 2023, she earned certification as a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association for Interpretation. Izzy's passion lies in prairie stewardship and educating others to appreciate this vital ecosystem.

When not outdoors, Izzy enjoys Shakespeare, sci-fi, DIY projects, cars, and spending time with pets. She'd choose a road trip in a beat-up truck over a luxury cruise any day!
