Lily Bose serves as the Regional Programs Manager at the Coastal Prairie Conservancy, where she supports initiatives such as the Texas Grasslands and Savannas Initiative (TGSI) and the Texas Coastal Prairie Initiative (TCPI), collaborating closely with the Conservation Team to advance these important programs.

Lily brings valuable experience from her previous role as Land Protection Specialist at the Shenandoah Valley Conservancy, where she managed stewardship for over 75 conservation easements. In this role, she worked directly with landowners, stakeholders, and volunteers to strengthen conservation efforts across the region.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University, with a concentration in Ecology and Environmental Biology, and minors in Environmental Science and Art. Outside of work, she enjoys taking walks and traveling to explore Texas' many beautiful natural areas.
