Success Stories

Many of the Coastal Prairie Conservancy’s successful land protection stories tell the tales of private landowners and their lands. These lands remain in private ownership, are not open to the public, and are managed by the landowner. These lands also protect critical farm, ranch, and prairie lands, wetlands and waterways, wildlife habitat, and scenic views. They are often the landscapes that have made, and continue to make, our region the special place it is today.
