Land Donations

Donating land for conservation is one of the finest legacies a person can leave to future generations. If you choose to donate your land, the Coastal Prairie Conservancy can work with you to identify the best arrangement.

While the Coastal Prairie Conservancy does accept gifts of land or other real property, any such gift is carefully evaluated as to the needs for formal land protection, or for consideration as a re-saleable asset to be used to further our mission. If you are considering gifting land to the Coastal Prairie Conservancy, we encourage you to talk to us to plan for the maximum benefit of your gift. We strive to honor the wishes of our donors and can facilitate careful planning to achieve their goals.
